A Superb - heavy, Solid Brass, 10" Rat Tail style window stay & a matching Rat Tail solid brass window latch.

Suitable for both left hand and right hand applications.

Suitable for windows with weatherstrips.

Comes complete with all screws and pins 

Stay measures 300mm overall when fitted, 250mm from the pivot.

Latch handle is 90mm long.

Latch backplates are 55mm x 16mm
